Great breakfast shake that is both quick and nutritious!
Would you believe me if I said you could have crispy, hot, savory dinner rolls in less than 1 hour? FROM SCRATCH! Even though this uses yeast it's made more like a quick bread than a traditional yeast bread. The ingredients are quickly stirred together, put into the pan and set aside for a few minutes before going in the oven. It really is that easy.

Okay, old bananas may not look the best but what's underneath that ugly, black banana peel is just what you need for this recipe. As bananas age they convert the majority of their starch into simple sugars, which is why older bananas tend to taste sweeter than their prettier, unblemished brothers. When they reach this point they are perfect for muffins and quick breads. And what's better with bananas than peanut butter?

Using ripe soursop, bananas, almond milk. The soursop I used was about the size of a 5-pin bowling ball, about 3 cups of fruit and when mixed with water when pureed made about 3 litres of juice.
I don't know that I would be able to make this with full strength soursop juice direct from the fruit.
You may not like these but i do and they are pretty guilt free. i make up a batch and freeze them and use when i just need something sweet after a meal or whatever.
the oat flour is good for your cholesterol and is GLUTEN FREE, SUGAR FREE (except for the choc-chips), LACTOSE FREE, OIL FREE, YOLK FREE and well the only really "bad for you" ingredient is the sugar in the choc-chips (but the dark choc provides antioxidents, and if i ever find sugar free choc-chips i will use them instead).
P.S. I NEVER REALLY MEASURE ANYTHING SO YOU MAY WANT TO EXPERIMENT ON THESE QUANTITIES.
A complete dish, this is adelicious spicy alternative to the usual boiled collard greens. I found it on tastebook.com, proposed by Jeremy who himself obtained it from Peter Berley’s Fresh Food Fast. I have adapted it to my liking.

Don't know where I got this one but makes a nice loaf. 1.5 lb loaf So easy I can do this one by memory. This loaf uses no dairy products which is nice as I am lactose intolerant.
Very delicious and just a touch sweet, enhanced even more by the raisins. Any dried fruit or nuts can work. Regular milk can substitute almond milk and honey can replace brown sugar.
I don't really like pasta but this is one I will eat! Serve over short or long pasta or even rice or quinoa!
Again very nutritious with veggies, healthy flours like buckwheat, and not a lot of sugar! Moist and delicious!
