Open Faced Tuna Melt
The tuna melt is my go-to greasy diner food. When I tried to create it at home, I found out you really don't need all that mayo (or any!) and it will still be delicious. This is an easy, tasty, cheap one person recipe (though it would easily and quickly double or triple or whatever) that really feels like cheating. I used full fat cheese, so you can make it even healthier if you want to go low fat.Submitted by: CD1760782
