At thanksgiving, we have a baked ravioli called piconi (sp?) that is filled with egg, romano, and parmesan cheese. To make a keto-friendly snack, I baked up spoonfuls of just the filling, and yum! These turned out to be a great, satisfying snack. They puff up just slightly in the oven, and have a slightly chewy texture on the outside.
