Super Simple smokey flavored shredded pork! Everyone who has tried this loves it! Use this as main dish, sandwiches, add to other dishes for extra protein. Add BBQ sauce and serve on buns. Yummy!
I use a Belgium waffle iron. 4 waffles are not full sized, but the perfect small serving size. Preheat waffle iron to medium heat. Whick together eggs, oil and milk. Combine coconut flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to egg mixture, whicking to combine. Deposit about 1/4 cup batter in middle of iron and cook until well done. Add butter and sugar free syrup and enjoy. This makes 4 breakfasts for me!
Great in a waffle maker. Subtract the cinnamon and splenda to make bread!
