Low Carb Recipes (Most Popular)
This is one of our favorite family recipes given to me years ago by my BFF Anni. The most time consuming part of this recipe is the slicing of the vegetables. This can be done ahead of time for a really quick dinner entre. We usually serve it with wild rice or a plain baked potato
Lovers of fried fish get the taste without all the calories in this recipe. Seasoned whole wheat flour improves the usual fish and chips batter. A good pilsner or larger makes this dish taste best and since you only need 1/2 cup beer, theres some left over for the cook to enjoy.
The ingredients may sound like a strange combination, but the flavors are nicely balanced, the portion size is perfect, and the nutritional profile is just what you want for the most important meal of the day.
I have to say that these are an awesome and extremely healthy alternative to tortillas. My husband and I both love them. YUMMY!
Delicious and satisfying--the "eggplant' is pre-fried with parmesan coating so you don't have to worry about undercooked eggplant taste, plus it bakes in 25 min.
This is the Libbys Pumpkin recipe w/ stevia packets instead of sugar and heavy whipping cream (0 carb) instead of milk.

Not my recipe. For pumpkin pie use Libbys 15 oz can recipe and sub heavy cream for the evap. milk and Splenda for the sugar--add eggs last so you can taste the filling for sweetness and spices--you may want less splenda or more spices. 1/8 can is about 3 net carbs.
