This is super simple just by using your slow cooker! To make this as simple and hands free as possible, I opted to dump everything out of a can or pack. If you so choose, feel free to add fresh diced tomatoes, onions, garlic, etc. If you want the 3 minutes version, just use seasoning powders so you don't even have to get your hands dirty!
