These can be refrigerated for a quick low-carb breakfast through the week.
Brown meat in a large pot and in a separate pan cook the bacon. Remove both and drain excess fat. To the large pot add onion and bell pepper and cook until soft, a few minutes. Add tomato paste and diced tomatoes and stir to combine. Add spices and let simmer a few minutes. Add meats to tomato mixture and add beef broth to thin as desired. Let simmer for 30 minutes or so. It will get better the 2nd or 3rd day as chilis do!
This is a great dinner option when there's not a lot of time. 20 minutes and you have a dish that's as beautiful as it is tastey!
