I combined several tuna noodle casserole recipes to make this one , it's not low fat but you could definitely make it that way. My family just loves it and it works for my diabetes.

This is my improvement on a similar recipe from the ketogenic diet book "Eat Fat, Get Thin." I'm not an expert, but its nutritional content is in line with the other smoothie recipes in the book. IT ain't pretty, but it's good!

I substituted water for chicken broth and used pam instead of oil
