Sometimes your dinner was so good that you want it for breakfast. Also sometimes you have a little bit left over but not enough for its own meal. I like to use these items for breakfast with eggs.

Serves 4 as a main or 8 as part of a menu.

Cut all the ingredients up and put in the blender. Add 20cl of water and blend.
Tastes just like egg salad. I add about 1/4 cup pickle juice. Cuts cholestral, fat and carbs. Great tasting too!
