drizzle tablespoon on baking sheet. pull out stems from whole mushrooms so there is a whole in center. chop the stems into small pieces. cook the whole mushroom after taking stems off for about 15-20 min on 375. remove from oven. chop onions very finely. cook about 5-6 pieces bacon in microwave for about 5 min until a little crispy, when done chop into tiny pieces. in mixing bowl comine shredded mozzarella, onion ( bout 1/4 of an onion) bacon pieces, half of your chopped stems. take small pinch and stuff into whole mushrooms. put back in oven and bake until cheese is melted. delicious!
