This is a healthy, high fiber, low fat, low calorie meal that tastes wonderful plus you can actually eat a bunch of it without having a lot of calories.
Start by cooking the ground beef. After that get medium sized metal baking pan and lightly grese the bottom. The take one flour tortilla and cut it in half and place it in the bottom. Next add one a layer of refried beans, then a layer of meat. Then do one more layer of each and top it off with cheese. Bake at 350 until the cheese is melted, then enjoy:)

This is a Hungry Girl Recipe, sans the salt (the original recipe calls for 12 oz of chicken and 1/2 tsp salt, I don't usually add salt to anything, and I don't need 6 oz of chicken on my own).
This chili is meat free, well seasoned, less salt can be used, but this is how my family likes it. The recipe is done in pressure cooker for a quick made meal.
5-7 min's prep time. You can use canned chicken in place of cooked shreded chicken breast. Line pan with Parchment paper if you prefer, cook in oven safe ware / lasagna pan.
The best way to get my kids to eat chicken is to cook it in CHEESE!!!
