Creamy, low fat, low calorie Fettuccine Alfredo. One of my favorite recipes!
These are delicious and very easy to make. Good for last minute get togethers.

Yum!! I found this recipe many years ago, and found some doughnut pans at a store. We've made these many times since I don't like anything but cake doughnuts. You can frost them, but that's more calories and sugar. These are good dipped in sugar free hot cocoa, or skim milk!
This is one of the recipes that I have been playing around with different spices for the dredge. It comes out a little bit different each time and I substitue Panko bread crumbs at times as well.
This Dutch recipe is a traditional peasants dish served on cold winter nights. It's hearty and a delicious way to get your greens. In the Netherlands it is commonly served with applesauce and pickled baby onions. It is also tasty garnished with a small "pond" of brown gravy in the center of the vegetable mixture.
Lots of veggies, very few calories. Takes little to no skill, and the hardest thing is not eating the bacon while the green beans cook. Try serving this instead of the creamy, fatty green bean casserole at holidays.
