Attempt to figure the nutritional info for Dharma's Tempeh Reuben
This healthy and high protein omelet is baked in muffin tins! The batter can be stored in the freezer to thaw and cook later or cook them and have handy for reheating.
1 medium shallot, peeled
1 rounded tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons agave syrup or 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 cups slaw salad mix or shredded cabbage
Celery salt
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
My daughter has several severe food allergies, so I modified a crab cake recipe to meet her needs.
Not the healthiest I have seen. You can use less or more bread crumbs depending on how firm you like the meatballs to be.
This is probably just as unhealthy as Taco Bells. But its yummy if you can eat just one.

Also I used regular soy sauce so the sodium is really high. You can use lite or lower sodium soy sauce to lower that level.

Not the healthiest but pretty tasty. If u use reduced fat parm and dressing it would cut some cals and fat down. I just didnt have that stuff on hand when I made this. :-/
Made this up on the fly. Can lower cals and other content by using reduced fat sour cream.
This is such a fun and healthier alternitive to most chocolate cookies. I'm not going to hide it- rarely does the dough make it to the oven... my son and I are addicted to the dough. When it actually does make it- these are like a moist-chewy-chocolate-brownie-cookie heaven!
