16 oz Ground Beef, 85% Lean
1 Tsp Salt, Kosher
˝ Tsp Black Pepper
1 ˝ Tbsp Moto-san's Teriyaki Sauce
2 oz Onion, Vidalia, Medium dice
Mix all well
Make four 4 oz patties
