16 oz Ground Beef, 85% Lean
1 Tsp Salt, Kosher
½ Tsp Black Pepper
1 ½ Tbsp Moto-san's Teriyaki Sauce
2 oz Onion, Vidalia, Medium dice

Mix all well
Make four 4 oz patties
