This recipe came from the best seafood restaurant in Salt Lake City. These are soooo good - my wife asked for these out of anything that I cook for Valentines day. They are definitely more crab than cake. Spectacular! I have substituted fat-free sour cream for regular, but they still taste great.
Cook noodles, drain.
Add all ingredients together and mix.
Put into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20- 30 minutes.
This recipie is great for sandwiches, wraps, stuffed in a tomato or bell pepper, or just spread on crackers!! Great alternative to the high fat and calorie stuff!!
I took Mrs. Shaft's recipe and exchanged it for some lower cal and lower fat ingredients.
Great--fast and easy. Good for company too, because sauce can be made ahead.
