A quick easy dish that I cook for myself when I am in need of a quick dish.
spicey simple and great with a variety of veggies and fish/seafood (3oz portion)
1.5 cups of veggies and broth
squeeze of lime
garlic rubbed on ww toast
This is a very low fat, low calorie, high protein meal. Very filling. I usually pair it with a whole grain pasta dish.
A healthy filling meal for those days when you just want to throw it all together in the morning and let the crockpot do the rest.
Quick-cooking shrimp and tender baby lima beans turn this side dish into a quick main course.

Using a lower fat single cream alternative instead of the full fat cream he suggests and substituting a chicken stock cube for the full fat fresh chicken stock he suggests.
This makes a really satisfying lunch and its easy to take to work with you in a plastic box. Its low in calories too, as long as you're careful with the dressing. Try the trick of diluting the mayo with some water - works a treat.

Why not make double the quantity and freeze half at the end of step 3 for a later date? You could also make them using smoked cod, or a combination of smoked cod and haddock.
