The box calls for 2 cups of milk. I substituted water for part of the milk and added frozen peas for a healthier version of this meal. This reduces the calories from 270 (as shown on box) to 206.4 per one cup serving.

This is the original recipe. I recommend these changes: LESS rosemary, maybe 1t. or try a little tarragon. Crab tasted a little fishy--imitation crab might really be a better choice, or just reduce the amount. A bit more garlic.

I use a whole lemon in this recipe. I love the lemony flavor and think it provides a nice balance to the arugula. If it's too much for your taste, try half a lemon instead.
