Easy, healthy and delicious! This "glaze" could be used on many types of fish and taste good. You could use dijon mustard instead if you want more tangy flavor. Great served over a salad of greens or with couscous. I had it with mashed sweet potatoes and the flavors went well together.

Tuna is tasty, until you add all the junk. I skinnied down the additives for this recipe. I eat it with 1 romain leaf and 1/2 of a whole wheat pita.
This sounds like a very odd way to eat tuna, but I tried it today and it was GREAT!!! I hope you will try it! This amount should be enough to feed two people for lunch.. maybe with something on the side??
