I have made a seafood pasta for years but, although very tasty, it was not very healthy. This is also very good but much better for you. This can be adjusted to your taste. If you don't like something leave it out.
Simple salad that is wonderful served on romaine lettuce leaves, or with bread and sprouts. The celery adds a nice crunch! You can use real mayo, but I find that the greek yogurt works great *if* you use a dill pickle relish, as the vinegar in the pickles really rounds out the flavor. Yes, bit more sodium, but I'm okay with that.
AWESOME source of protein, here.

You could use any fish you want, the original recipe called for salmon, but we like a milder fish. I also use cayenne pepper instead of black pepper in almost everything, but experiment with what you like.
Why have the "same ol same ol" tuna salad? Try my re-invention of the old standby. It can be dressed up or dressed down, served for guests or not., plated up atop the bibb lettuce with tomato slices or cantaloupe alongside. It stays well within our calorie budgets and packs a good round of nutrients. I hope you will enjoy!
This is a unique recipe to me, simple yet scrumptious. Not coating the outside is different---it makes the patties brown very appetizingly.
Here is a filling salad for lunch or dinner that will also help use some of those veggies from your garden. It has a wide assortment of nutrients and vitamins (especially B and C), fiber and protein. I have converted my own recipe to ingredients more acceptable for Sparks people, but some of you may want to look for an Italian-type fat-free dressing with a lower sodium content. I would welcome any thoughts on this.
Slightly different take on the usual coconut flounder, the flavors from the Pina Colada mix kick it up a notch!
This is great on salmon or chicken or mixed with some spaghetti and veggies like steamed broccoli and edamame. You can substitute apple cider vinegar for the rice vinegar. And the PB2 cuts the calories by more than half!
