Baked version of Spaghetti & Meatballs. Very low in fat -- and fairly good for calories if eaten as an entire meal.
I had to estimate this recipe, because Grandma doesn't measure any of this, she just piles it in the pan and bakes it. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does!!

This is a variation of the lemony garlic chicken. I didn't have chicken breast, so I used skinless thighs. I didn't have bouillon, so I used cream of chicken soup. And i added a topping of low sodium stuffing. It is AWESOME!!!
This is a delicious cold salad with udon noodles and cabbage. Really delicious for a warm evening. Leave out the chicken for vegetarians or sub in shrimp instead.

A family favorite. The only thing I changed was to coat the chicken with water instead of milk. Using skim milk would not change the caloric level by much.
