Add sugars and water into a med. saucepan and heat(med. heat) till sugars are melted. increase heat to med-high and bring to a boil. Boil for 2minutes. Remove from heat and add flavoring(vanilla or maple). Cool and enjoy!
I made this because my kids are addicted to Kool Aid. Like all Mom's I don't want my kids getting too wired off sugar so, I dropped the recommended amount down to 1 cup of sugar instead of 2.
