A family favorite I've been working to make more healthy. These turn out great and I've cut the fat and calories in half. Two of these make an easy on the go breakfast for when I'm running out the door.
I make this in a mini muffin tin and they are the perfect snack size (when paired with a piece of seasonal fruit or a yogurt). You can also make this regular size, but you will need to increase the baking time by about 5 minutes. Enjoy!

I have loved Chai since I first tasted it, but it was always a guilty pleasure- too much sugar, too much sweets... but now- its not an everyday treat still, but this recipe for chai tastes better than any packet, pouch, or ready-mixed blend, and even better than most chais at cafes, IMHO. and at just about 100 Calories, using honey and not sugar, it is a treat I don't have to feel guilty about.
