This is an easy to make hot cocoa recipe. It makes a little more than 5 qts, so you need a large storage container that's airtight. I figured it at a 1/4 c serviing size and a total recipe of 5 qts, even though it may be a little more. I'd rather err on the side of more calories than too few.
