Toast Quinoa and Oats at 350 for 10 mins
Mix Peanut Butter, honey, oil in pot until melted
Mix dry goods in bowl, add peanut butter mixture and quinoa/oats
Pour into 9X13 pan - put in oven for 20 mins @ 350
Let cool for 1- 2 hrs, cut into as many sq's as you like at least 12, more for small snack size
This smoothie is a little high in calories and a little high in fat, but if you have one for breakfast, you will not be hungry until lunch. I can't stand bananas, so I drink this after running in the morning to get the extra potasium.
