So after going to the Chinese market I decided to experiment with my findings and came up with this simple vegan dish!
I used my vitamix to add all liquid ingredients. Flax and sesame seeds were pregrounded. Used brown banana.
Toasted nuts.
Put dry ingrediants in bowl and mix together.
Add liquid ingrediants and mix
Put in 9x12 pan
Bake at 325 for an hour, or until done.

(No we did not try all those options, but you can just tell... ;) ) This is great for kids, potluck dinners, or super bowl parties, and pretty much any other time in between!
This is a fantastic fruit dip! Whenever I take it anywhere I'm always asked for the recipe!
Delicious, light cake. Great by itself for a breakfast treat or with a cream cheese frosting and walnuts for a traditional cake.
I made this today using all the fresh veggies of spring
