Then I took a role of frenchbread dough(from the fridge) and unrolled it flat, layered it with 2% american cheese and put in the ground beef, layered with sauteed onions,chopped mushrooms,chopped green bell pepper, rolled together, brushed an egg wash over it and covered it with pepper jack cheese.
