Yummy, HEALTHY, paleo friendly, pre and post workout snack. Ao easy to make, no mess and done in 20 mins! Almonds, dates, coconut, craisins, flax and chia seeds! :D

Fresh summer stone fruits and a high-fiber, whole-grain crust. I made up this recipe to get rid of some of the overabundance of fruit I got from my local farmer's market. Any combination of stone fruits (peaches, plums, necatrines, cherries) or berries would work wonderfully.
Not a good for you recipe, maybe with splenda? But I ate it tonight, so I needed to put it in.
Just had this at my family reunion and it was awesome! Very fresh tasting and I loved it! And I don't even like black-eyed peas!
