Although this recipe came to me with a mayo/buttermilk dressing attached, I found that I liked it much better dressed with just some vinegar. This is best with a mixture of several different kinds of beets if you can get them, but will delicious even if you just stick with the traditional dark red ones.
Meaty 6 inch sub. Use real mayo it is not the same using light mayo. Also french bread instead of italian if you prefer.
Great for sandwiches, this generously served pulled pork barbecue is an easy use for a small pork roast.

This tastes just like tuna, I promise!!! The texture is a little different, but worth it. Great on a bed of lettuce with Wasa Crackers crumbled on it!
