If you're looking to cut calories but still enjoy ranch dressing flavor, this quick fixing recipe might serve.
Simple but bland Italian Dressing. It works for a last minute fix. I reached for my dressing and discovered I had none so I threw this together. You may tweak the salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all together and place in a container, using only 2 tbs per bottle of dressing
This is great for when you are doing FP salads, or would like to dip some veggies.

This is one of my favorite salads---You get dried blueberries AND goat cheese for under 250 calories! You just can't beat it! Sweet, creamy, astringent...mmmm.
1 # chicken breast (boneless & skinless)
3 oz. baby carrots (grated)
1/4 c red pepper (diced)
2 scallions (green and white-chopped)
1 oz. red onion (diced)
1/2 c celery (chopped)
1 apple (chopped)
1/4 c walnuts (chopped)
Dressing:
4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise (low fat)
Ranch dressing (low fat)
1/4 c greek yogurt (no fat)
Lunch salad that was thrown together with leftover ingredients, tuna and covered in homemade taco seasoning/sauce.
Did less oil (originally 1 cup) and used water/guar gum instead. Also used a bit more vinegar (originally 1/3 cup) and swapped Stevia for 1 tsp sugar & halved salt.
