A recipe I found in Hungry-Girl cookbook. It's delicious! I didn't add the marshmallows on the top and it was still good. If you do add marshmallows, be sure to include in your count.
This is an alternative to corn bread, it's more doughy! Also, if you like a "sweeter" corn bread, add a bit more sugar.
dairy free alternative to a classic. My 2nd was born and about 2 weeks later we found out she was allergic to dairy and soy protein. I was breast feeding so I too had to remove all dairy and soy from my diet. I got so tired of making 2 meals - or multiple versions- for the whole family to enjoy. My husband and older daughter loved these and never even noticed the difference!
