Recipe modified from the Low Carb Friends forum. I made it with almond flour instead of soy and applesauce instead of butter. Fits 2lb bread machine. Cut recipe in half for one pound machine. Only 3.3 grams carb per piece!
These make a satisfying and healthy alternative to regular chips/ fries. VERY tasty and quick to make in the microwave.

This is a hard crust with a chewy interior. I have used this recipe using the dough setting and then made rolls and buns out of it. I haven't bought bread since I started making this!
Now don't forget to check your dough after 8 minutes, scrape down, and add water if needed.

Very refreshing fruit soup, served chilled. Great for luncheons. Garnish with mint if desired.
