This recipe is a variation of the recipe used on Dr. Oz's Rapid Weight-Loss diet plan. I chose to leave out the rice protein powder because I learned that most protein powders contain glutamates, which I am trying to avoid.

This is a dressing I use on all kinds of things, cole slaw, tomatoes, spinach, mixed greens and more. I just drizzle, pinch, sprinkle and splash. Hard to come up with actual quantities. It's all to taste.
I calculated 1/3 cup canola oil (could use any kind of oil you wish). I poured a cup of oil into pan and poured back into a measuring cup after frying to see how much oil is lost in the cooking process. This is what I came up with.
