I saw this recipe by #danispies of #cleananddelicious.com and I tweeted about it then decided since I had the ingredients to try it I would. I also had some Franks Red Hot Sweet Chili (Mild) sauce and if you ever had this stuff you would know its great on everything! So I added it in and that is where the twist and kick come in. Truly delicious and mouthwatering but could be cleaner if I made the BBQ sauce myself. Anyone who knows Dani knows she is all about cooking clean and Delicious! Drain the kidney beans; do not drain the black beans. Beans are really the 15-1/2 oz cans, not 2 cups. Put all ingredients in crock pot except chicken. Stir. Put chicken on top. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high for four to six. Shred the chicken one half hour before serving, return to crock pot. Top with fresh cilantro. Can add low fat cheese or sour cream on top.
