Add 2 cans of la costena chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, 3 diced fresh jalapeno peppers and 1 tablespoon of crushed red pepper. Cook in crockpot for 6-7 hours on high. Chicken can be diced before adding to pot or shredded after done cooking.
This Crock Pot Roast is great to throw in before you go to work and come home to a house full of amazing smells. Dinner is already ready without all the work. You can substitute the Tastefully Simple Caramelized Onion Dip Starter with a packet of beefy onion soup mix (save some calories too!). This recipe is a huge hit at my house!
