Crockpot Swiss Steak Recipes

This is a variation of Alton Brown's recipe

A simple but tasty dish. I usually serve on top of mashed potatoes or mashed cauliflower .

Add oil to pan till it bubbles then add meat coated with flour brown on both sides. Then put in crockpot on the bottom. Then add all the other ingredients. The carrots and cerely I diced up and the onion I left in slices. I serve this over rice.
