I was looking for a better way to popsicles or replace my fudgcicles that would be satisfying. Doctor Oz mentioned mixing fruit with Almond Milk. I didn't look at their recipe but created my own. I find this very satisfying and a wonderful treat.

These are soooo delicious! Get rave reviews every time i make them. Can adjust ingredients to your individual tastes. Use any dried fruit (the cherries give a nice sweet tang), can use almond butter instead of peanut butter, but i find the peanut butter offers more flavor. and any nut instead of walnuts. have fun with them... i did! *note, brown rice syrup is a mild binding sweetener, and can be found in natural food markets.* (a friend subbed agave nectar and were WAY too sweet!)

4 servings = 4 apples, so it is easy to adjust based on how much you want to make.
a cross between a graham wafer and a ginger snap - only chewy not snappy.
Whisk oil and maple syrup. Add eggs and milk and whisk well. Whisk all other ingrediients except flour.. Use wooden spoon to mix in flour. Lumps are ok. Pour into prepared 9X 5 loaf pan. sprinkle cinnamon down middle of top and swirl with knife . Bake at 325 for 55-60 minutes.
These choc balls have no chocolate or added sugar & are sweet enough as an afternoon treat. With only 6g of Carbs per ball they are a perfect Diabetic treat for my Type 1 teenager
