This Paleo & Whole30 butternut squash soup is creamy, sweet, and savory
This soup is sure to fill any person's appetite. This is a personal favorite of mine since this is my mom's recipe. This dish is low in calories and fat and the barley in the soup is sure to fill you up quickly.
Add Turkey, broth, onions, carrots, celery and whatever spices you desire to your broth. Cook and add any other ingredients you might want to to season the soup.
Smooth and creamy you will love this tomato bisque as we cut the calories and carbs by using cream cheese rather than heavy whipping cream or half and half. Great with a grilled cheese sandwich on a cold winter day!
