This is a simple and fast pasta dish. It's perfect for busy week night dinners. I like to pair this with a lean fish, such as tilapia, or a simple salad for a meatless option. This dish can also be altered to your liking in any way. Whole wheat pasta can be used to add more nutritional value.

The recipe said ti was for 6 servings...after making it...I realized that 12 is more like it. So, I changed it to 12 servings. I think you could also omit the cheese on top and save calories and fat without losing much flavor.
My husband and I love this drink, made with Splenda, to wind down on a hot summer evening. I usually double the ingredients so I can blend up one for each of us.
