I learned how to make this in grad school with a bunch of spanish friends having a cook off (I got to be the official taster) This dish is a great dinner when there's nothing else left in the kitchen or when you really want breakfast for dinner without the pancakes
This is the basic recipe. You can add anything you would like such as onions, bell peppers, or any type of vegetable. You can also add meats such as tuna or ham. Just use your imagination.
This is done with pork loin, but can be done with chicken - Best cooked in a slow cooker

This is like a jambalaya, only seafood and it's delectable. It goes great with white rice and if you have any leftover (which tastes better the next day), you can enjoy it with some cuban bread. Believe me, the sauce tastes to good to throw away!
