A delcious soup for fall! Had this at a fancy restaurant and was able to track down the recipe. I doubled this recipe for thanksgiving, you may want an extra half cup of squash when doubling. Enjoy! :D
Why is green bean casserole reserved for the holidays? With this lean version, you can eat it anytime - guilt-free!
Low in fat, High in Flavor. This bundt cake is the perfect end to a scrumptious dinner.

I only used half of an onion but only because I don't really like onion much. Also, it turned out kinda thick using 1.5 cups of coconut milk. So if you like it soupier, you may want to add more.
For the sausage, I like it really spicy, but any sausage will work.
Ingredient measurements very approximate. I did not measure.... it was more of an experiment that turned out really well.
