Even if you’re a fan of Greek yogurt like I am, use a sweetened yogurt for these, since everything frozen tastes a bit less sweet and you want these to be a treat. I used BaNilla yogurt this time, but I know from years of childhood sampling that strawberry and plain vanilla are also delicious.
Super easy, few ingredients, no dirty dishes, and delicious! Eat with a spoon! I sized it for larger portions because that's what I like, but you can obviously make smaller pieces for fewer calories/sugar.
This recipe has no added fat. Dried fruit or fresh fruit may be added as served.
This is a very flavorful and herbaceous hummus. I adore cilantro and roasted garlic so I add a ton, but you may not want to add as much. For roasted garlic, take a full head, remove some of the loose papery skin, and chop the top off the head to expose the cloves. Add a little salt, pepper, and olive oil, and bake at 425º for 20-30 minutes or until the tops are brown and the cloves are starting to burst from their skin.
Inspired by Big Apple Bagels Veggie Cream Cheese. This is my new favorite!! My husband likes to use it on sandwiches.
