This is a vegan friendly salad, loaded with fiber and minerals AND most importantly, super skinny but healthy addition to your diet. It uses absolutely NO oil, cheese or any chemicals like vinegar! It's 100 % natural and raw and super yummy.
This is an overnight crust and needs to be prepared 24 hours in advance. While it's a bit high maintenance because of this, the end result is well worth it!

This dip is awesome with fresh cut veggies, pita chips, or as a spread on sandwiches and wraps. It is loaded with protein and very tasty!

Yay. Beans again... well, sometimes I think that but not often. I mean, I really love beans and am absolutely fine with eating them often. It's just that I typically don't get excited about a new flavor or experiment when cooking black beans. I usually am satisfied and pleased with my traditional method. But, I recently found a recipe online and thought, hmmm, I can make that work and got excited once again about the fabulous black bean!
