Throwing together a meatless meal with what I have on hand. The pesto used is homemade - so the calorie count may be off somewhat - but I figure most people don't make their own.

I love instant oatmeal, but most of the commercial stuff is too expensive and has too much junk in it. I found a recipe for a home made mix and this is my favorite blend.
Oh so yummy and really easy! This savory-sweet sauce has just a hint of coconut and curry. Even my picky eaters loved it!
A quick, throw-together breakfast. 5 minutes to prep, 5 minutes to nuke!
If you don't have or like quinoa, just substitute more oats!

its not exact to the book but similar... i couldn't find all the low sodium options in database.
Makes a great breakfast, but might be considered too high in fat for some.
