Cilantro Garlic Sauce
I make this with goat's milk and use it as a healthy sauce for chicken, veggies, whatever.
Contains no sugar, gluten, or carbs, and the goat yogurt is perfectly tolerated by many who cannot tolerate cow's milk (myself included). Cilantro is a natural detoxifier. Very tasty, healthy, and easy to fix.
