Pistachio Pudding Recipes

An alternitive to MILK pudding. I don't usually like Sugar Free and Fat Free items...but this is REALLY good. I didn't use the Light Soy Milk...I REALLY love the flavor of this.
It makes 4 1/2 cup servings...and I use the ziploc containers to make and store them in. PERFECT! :)

This is not a healthy version of this dessert, this is a delicious treat for special occasions.

Pudding

This is a healthy adaptation to the "Watergate Salad" of old. It's a delicious, refreshing treat if you like pistachio pudding. It's low-fat, sugar-free, low-calorie, and has a serving of fruit and milk.

I made this with Almond milk because it has less calories and more calcium.

light and NUMMY

Any instant pudding mix will do, any variety of cool whip will do. Adjust nutrition according to choices.

1/2 cp serving made with 1 cp 1% and 1 cp 1/2% milks

The in take of the pudding is including 2% milk all ready

It's Almost Instant because, well ya gotta freeze it, but still, it's quick.
