Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread
A reminder of fall, year round, this bread makes an almost guilt-free and incredibly delicious snack, breakfast, or dessert. Although there is very little fat, and no oil, the bread manages to stay super moist. This recipe has been adapted to be a little healthier. To make it even healthier the chocolate chips can be omitted.
