My husband and I meet with a group of friends once a week. I made regular Queso for the guys and this lighter version for the ladies. The lighter version was a hit with the ladies!

This is a great hot apetizer and you can make it as hot as you want by adjusting the "temperature" of the ingredients you put in - and you do it in a crock pot so how easy is that!?

A delicious queso concoction I made with a few simple ingredients - add hot sauce if you like your queso SPICY! I find that the hot sauce really gives it a good kick.
