Sambal oelek has sugar in it, so it should not be used.
I did not know what sambal oelek was so I googles it. Only three ingredients. Red chiles salt and brown sugar... Just an FYI
This is pretty good. Would have been helpful and good for nutritional information if there were specific measurements for marinade ingrediants. I ended up marinating my chicken raw instead of using pre-cooked. Came out fine.
