Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This is my first attempt at making a fish chowder and I enjoyed this a lot. I would like some clarification -- the recipe says to use lowfat evap milk, but the actual stats show both nonfat evap milk and nonfat milk - increasing the tot liquid in chowder by 1 cup. Thanks.
