thank you, I watch my sodium, so this was awesome. I had some on a baked potato and on my fresh steamed veggies. used it also on fresh cucumber and tomato salad. Submitted by:

I use full fat (10%) organic yogurt - way healthier. Submitted by:

I have to watch my sodium so I LOVE making my own salad dressing. I also blend herbs with Olive or Saffron oil. My family likes these fresh versions better than the stuff from the store. The only one I haven't figured out...Poppy Seed :-) Submitted by:

Sounds YUM!!!!

I like tarragon and dill and garlic...I may try making this with those ingredients added. Now to find a NOT "nonfat" yogurt!

Thanks for a tasty-looking, carb-friendly recipe!

I use fat-free plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream in all my dip recipes. I even put it on top of a baked potato. Submitted by:

Glad I found this, low sodium dressing is practically non existent, at 5 mg I love it!!! Used Cilantro spice (1 TBS and 1 tsp) instead of fresh, need to dial it back a little as it is spicy. Even the wife unit like it and she is all about Kraft Ranch, Bacon etc. dressings Submitted by:
